Leeds and North Yorkshire HE Fair - 25 June 2010

- Going to University can be scary and exciting all at once. There are choices about what to study and where, how much is it going to cost and where will it led when you graduate?
- Every year thousands of students are in the same position trying to work out what is the best option for them. Last year over 7,000 students from North and West Yorkshire attended the Leeds and North Yorkshire Higher Education (HE) Fair to meet with Universities, Colleges, companies who offer qualifications with work experience and gap year providers
- Over 90% of students who attended said they felt more confident about choosing Higher Education courses after attending the event which also gave them the opportunity to look around the Leeds Metropolitan University Campus and attend lectures on topics including student life and finance
- It may seem a long time in the future, but the date has already been set for the 2010. The Leeds and North Yorkshire HE Fair will be held on Thursday 24 June and Friday 25 June at the Leeds Metropolitan University, Headingly Campus
